
Welcome to Peel Community Legal Services. We are one of 32 Community Legal Services in Western Australia offering free legal advice and assistance to people who need it.
Our service is located in the centre of downtown Mandurah and offers generalist legal advice for people living in the Peel Region and earning under $50,000 per year.


Our Mandurah Office is open from 9.00 – 4.30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, offering assistance on an appointment basis.
Peel Community Legal Services currently provides a number of services which range from general legal advice, community legal education and advocacy to law reform opportunities on behalf of the Peel community.

The WA State Government recently announced the 2011/2012 State Budget which included some significant changes which will impact on the community service sector and the members of the community that access these services.
The positives of the State Budget are that it will provide extra funding to not for profit organisations such as PCLS, which means greater capacity to deliver much needed to services to the community. Other benefits are that there will be more funds for the Hardships Utilities Grants Scheme (HUGS) and more public housing for clients of Disability Services, Mental Health Commission or Drug and Alcohol Office.
